2:00p | Piper Auditorium

As we continue to understand the realities of climate change and resource depletion, one thing is clear: our homes have a profound impact on our health and the health of our environment. Yet for all the recent focus on green building there remain considerable obstacles to delivering cost-effective, healthy, environmentally
sustainable housing on a large scale. This panel examines factors - regulatory, technical, and market-based - influencing green residential development, as well as recent innovations to reduce the adverse impacts of buildings on their surroundings and their occupants.
